About Restoration Family Farm
"The LORD is my Shepherd, I lack nothing.
He makes me lie down in green pastures,
He leads me beside quiet waters.
He restores my soul."
Psalm 23:1-3

Pageant Wagon Publishing is delighted to announce our event partnership with Restoration Family Farm in the heart of Southern New Jersey. Located on the west side of Bridgeton, past Hopewell on the Quinton line, the rolling, verdant landscape of the property, barn, meeting rooms, and animal pens makes this the perfect place for a group of Christian writers to escape for a couple of days each year to grow in their calling and craft.
About Restoration Family Farm
"After ten years of marriage, two kids, numerous losses of loved ones, and more difficult seasons in ministry than we could count, we found ourselves weary and wondering how we would be able to keep going. In the following years, with God's strength and leading, we decided to intentionally retreat and refocus our hearts on who God created us to be and how He wanted us to live out our callings in everyday life. Through our restoration journey, we found healing, hope, and a passion for helping others that, like us, find themselves needing a restoration journey of their own.
"We write and produce customized Family Devotionals, Individual Bible Studies, and Small Group Curriculums, all geared toward helping others better understand how to retreat and refocus so God can restore their souls. At Restoration Family Farm, we offer individual, couple, or famiy counseling designed to come alongside you as you process through your past and present circumstances and help you find hope, healing and restoration throughout the journey.
"In addition to counseling and coaching, we offer weekend experiences each year as well as host guests who stay and work hand in hand with our experienced staff. Visit our website at RESTORATION FAMILY FARM."

Restoration Family Farm exists to create space for individuals, couples, and families to RETREAT from the busyness of life, and REFOCUS their hearts, so God can RESTORE their souls.
What a great place to host a Christian writer's retreat and workshop event
to RETREAT, REFOCUS, and RESTORE ourselves
so we can better hear God's plan for our words, our writing, and our call
to communicate His Kingdom purposes in the earth!

Pioneers with Pens Retreat and Workshops at Restoration Family Farm
2023 marks the first year our annual Pioneers with Pens RETREAT and Workshops will be hosted at Restoration Family Farm, enjoying the gracious hospitality of Pastor Rob Schwing, his wife Jennifer, and their two children, Nathan and Hope. We'll start each of our two day retreat/workshops with Pastor Rob leading us in worship and close each day with praise around the big firepit in the evening.
During Break-out Group time, attendees can take a few minutes to visit the animals or meet with the Lord to process what they're learning, sitting comfortably under one of the shade trees. Meals can be shared on picnic tables throughout the property as weather permits, or inside at cafe tables.
Nathan and Hope will be happy to introduce you to their farm menagerie boasting pigs, goats, chickens, and rabbits. And since we'll be meeting around harvest time, be sure to see what's left on the vines in the garden!
The indoor facility has comforable seating for over 40 in the main room, with the convenience of a sound system and PowerPoint tools for teaching. Various cozy spots are designated for the smaller Break-out Group meetings. And don't miss the Chuck Wagon corner where snacks and beverages are available throughout the day and where lunch and dinner will be catered from. Of course, you are welcome to bring your own meals--but we're looking forward to what the Chuck Wagon Menu will surprise us with!
Our Pageant Wagon Bookshop will be onsite featuring works by our Pageant Wagon Network Authors and also publications from Rob and Jen at Restoration Family Farm.
Visit Restoration Family Farm online or email them at [email protected], 201 639-8230.
