Step 1: Download the Registration/Menu Form PDF below.
NOTE: This form is necessary for us to keep track of all attendees and their food selections. It must be returned via snail mail with a check for the full amount. If you are paying for Registration via the online PayPortal, we still need this form returned via snail mail with your personal information and Menu options (no Menu PayPortal available) and check payment for your selections. If you choose to bring your own food, please note that on the Menu part of the form.

Step 2: Print it out.
Step 3: Fill it out completely.
Step 4: Be sure to note how you will be paying--by check or through the Online Pay Portal, Registration only. Menu costs must be paid with check when you return the completed Registration/Menu Form via snail mail.
Step 5: If you are paying by cash or check, you will have to add the Registration Fee TAX amount: $130 plus $8.61 TAX = $138.61. Menu costs are as noted.
Step 6: Send the Hard Copy Registration Form through snail mail (with your check, if that is
how you are paying) to:

TIPS
- Create a New Folder on your computer to download all forms and instructional PDFs associated with the 2024 Pioneers with Pens Retreat and Workshop.
- SAVE A COPY of your completed Registration/Menu Form in this folder.
- Download any and all PDF materials found in the Pioneers with Pens Media Kit and don't forget to use these materials to invite others you think may benefit from this Retreat and Workshops.
- Fill this New Folder with materials you want to be sure to bring to the Retreat such as book proposals, manuscripts, draft ideas, vision board images, and whatever you want to find easily for making the most out of your Writer Retreat and Workshop.
