Step 1: Download the Registration Form PDF below.
NOTE: This form is necessary for us to keep track of all attendees. It must be returned via snail mail with a check for the full amount. If you are paying for Registration via the online PayPortal, we still need this form returned via snail mail with your personal information.

Step 2: Print it out.
Step 3: Fill it out completely.
Step 4: Be sure to note how you will be paying--by check or through the Pioneers with Pens Retreat 2026 Registration PayPortal.
Step 5: If you are paying by cash or check for the Retreat, you will have to add the Registration Fee TAX amount: $152.00 plus $10.13 TAX = $162.13.
NOTE: Cost includes Contenential Breakfast for two days and Friday Dinner. This year there is no separate Menu for lunch and dinner. BRING YOUR OWN LUNCHES on FRIDAY and SATURDAY. This frees up mentors and attendees from meal preparation.
DINNER INCLUDES: soups, salad, and chili with sourdough bread and cornbread. There are gluten free options available. Sheet cake dessert.
