About The Reading Glass Books:
The Reading Glass Books is owned and operated by Sonny and Lyn Goot, a veteran, Christian, homeschooling family with a desire to glorify God in their business as ministry. They lead a staff of about 20 professionals in publishing and marketing, who work from various states in America. Their mission is to create a platform for independently published authors in the global marketplace using state of the art marketing tools.
In the summer of 2024, Pageant Wagon Publishing entered a unique partnership with The Reading Glass Books to provide a menu of marketing products at deep discount, now available to our Pageant Wagon Publishing Christian Authors Network and affiliate writers. This partnership includes exclusive shelf space in all THREE of The Reading Glass Books brick and mortar stores located in the Quaker Bridge Mall, Princeton, NJ, Fort Dix Exchange, NJ, and in the Cumberland Mall, Vineland, NJ--the home of Pageant Wagon Publishing!

In addition, Miss Kathy (a.k.a Kathryn Ross) returns to Cumberland Mall after a 12 year hiatus from her 7 year stint as host of a weekly storytime at the mall promoting literacy awareness, Miss Kathy and Tale Spin Stories. It was a popular local event birthed in the Booksmith bookstore at the time in 2004, quickly moving to Center Court and running until 2011, prior to founding Pageant Wagon Publishing.
Miss Kathy's reboot in 2024 with The Reading Glass Books--the newest bookstore at Cumberland Mall--features Miss Kathy & Friends Book Chat Podcast, filmed on location at the Cumberland Mall store, introducing authors and books in an interview format. She debuted in the fall of 2024 with guest author Linda Slomin and her picture book, A Very Sensitive Princess. Authors interviewed in 2025 include Pam Halter and Lillian Baker. Starting in 2026, episodes filmed on the new podcast set will be uploaded HERE on the Book Chat Podcast Blog page, PLUS--coming soon on YouTube!
